- International customers are responsible for their country's duties, taxes and any applicable brokerage fees imposed by the carrier or customs in the receiving Country. Any and all charges incurred by KeyCapKings resulting from, including but not limited to, customer's refusal to pay such fees will be charged to customer's card used to make the original purchase or deducted from the exchange, if item is eligible for an exchange in accordance with the terms and agreements of the sale/policies.
